I will give you an estimate of the cost, time involved and suggestions on materials. As well, I can estimate the cost of shipping and installation, if applicable. I request a 50% deposit at the start of the commission to cover the design fee and cost of materials. For a large project, a contract is necessary. (Please note: I do not handle credit cards at this time.)

Once this is settled, the creative process begins by making drawings or a small maquette so we can visualize how the final sculpture will look.  When we agree on the design, materials are purchased and the stone carving begins. You are welcome to see the progress of the sculpture by visiting my studio or, if you wish, I will send images via emails.

When the sculpture is completed, it is ready for your final approval. I will then pack the finished sculpture carefully for delivery. Upon receipt of your final payment, the work of art will be delivered. Arrangements can be made for me to do the installation if requested. It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your new art work and feel part of the creative experience.
